ADVENT CALENDAR TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organising Entity 

The commercial entity NEPTUNE SAN SEBASTIÁN OUTLET, S.L.U. (hereinafter SS de los Reyes The Style Outlets), with registered office at Av. Pio XII 44, 2º Planta, Edif. Oficinas, 28016 (Madrid) and with N.I.F. B85364321 y Neinver, S.A. ("Neinver") with N.I.F. A31038136, registered office at Avenida Pío XII 44, 2º Planta, Edif. Oficinas 28016 Madrid, Spain and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid (Volume 5,720,  Folio 210, Section 8, Page M-93.606); organize the promotion called "Advent Calendar (the "Promotion"), accessible through the https://ss-de-los-reyes.thestyleoutlets.es/en/giftmania website and consisting of a game of skill in which participants who meet the participation requirements set out in these terms and conditions (the "Participants") will be able to obtain the Prizes indicated in clause 6. 

SS de los Reyes, The Style Outlets and Neinver will be referred to jointly in these Terms and Conditions as the "Organisers".

2. Purpose of the Legal Terms 

These Legal Terms (the "Legal Terms") govern the conditions of participation in the Promotion and must be accepted and complied with by the Participants. 

 

3. Purpose of the Promotion 

The purpose of the Promotion is to promote the brand "The Style Outlets", the SS de los Reyes shopping centre The Style Outlets and the other shopping centres belonging to the same business group (related in https://www.neinver.com/portfolio/) led by Neinver, as well as to encourage visits to the SS de los Reyes The Style Outlets centre by offering extra points redeemable through the Style Club loyalty programme. 

 

4. Participants 

The Promotion is open to anyone who meets the following requirements ("Entrants"): 

  1. Be over 18 years of age and not be legally incapacitated. 

  2. Not be an employee, intern or contractor of the Organisers, of any other entity belonging to the same business group led by Neinver (see relation in clause 3), or of any entity involved in the organisation or development of the Promotion; Likewise, no direct family member or person up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity of the above may participate. 

  3. Have a Neinver user account, which allows access to most of the platforms, applications, promotions and digital services offered by Neinver. 

  4. Have accepted these Legal Terms. 

  5. Not to commit fraud, damage the image or reputation of the Organisers, breach any of the provisions of these Legal Terms or hinder in any way the proper functioning of the Promotion. 

 

5. Duration and Geographical Scope 

The Promotion starts on December 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (CET) and ends on December 24, 2025 at 00:00 a.m. (CET). 

It will be available in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Poland. 

 

6. Mechanics of Participation 

Participants will be able to access the Promotion through The Style Outlets app or on https://ss-de-los-reyes.thestyleoutlets.es/en/giftmania. To participate, they must access the skill-based game and, after accepting the Legal Terms, start playing. The game works in rounds, as follows: 

  1. As they progress through the game, Participants will accumulate points. 

  2. Each round will generate points at the end. 

  3. The points will be converted into loyalty points that the user can redeem for credit and accumulate in their Style Club wallet. The user can redeem up to a maximum of 450 points throughout the game, equivalent to a maximum of €15. 

  4. Daily scores will automatically be converted to Style Club program points. 

  5. Each game has its own scoring system. Some games have a limited number of attempts; Once exhausted, the highest score will be retained. In others, the total points earned at the end of the round will count. 

Participants will be able to redeem the points earned after completing each round, for the entire duration of the Promotion. They will have until February 1st to redeem the points/credits earned through the Advent Calendar. After that date, any unused points or credits will expire and cannot be claimed. 

The Organisers specify that the points or credits may only be used in the group's shopping centres operating under the brand "The Style Outlets". 

 

7. Awards 

Subject to compliance with these Legal Terms and obtaining the minimum score required, Participants may earn loyalty points up to a maximum of 450 points. 

Once points have been redeemed, Participants will not be able to make changes or request equivalent financial compensation. Points can only be redeemed by the relevant Participant. 

 

8. License to Participant 

Organizers grant Entrants a limited, non-transferable, end-user license to view and use the game and other designs, creative elements or materials related to the Promotion, in executable form, without territorial limitation, limited to the duration of the Promotion and solely to the extent necessary to participate. 

Any other use of the game or materials is strictly prohibited. Participants will be fully responsible for any damages arising from any unauthorized use. 

 

9. Taxation 

The Prizes awarded in this Promotion are subject to the applicable tax regulations at all times. Since the value of the Prizes does not exceed €300, the Organisers are not obliged to withhold or pay any account. The Participants will be responsible for complying with the tax obligations that may arise from obtaining the Prizes. 

 

10. Liability 

The Organisers, their suppliers, subcontractors, collaborators, agents or distributors are exempt from liability for any damage or loss, physical or otherwise, that may be suffered by the Participants as a result of acts or omissions not attributable to the Organisers. In particular, the Organisers shall not be liable for any damage caused by collaborating entities in relation to any Prize. 

The Organisers will not be responsible for incidents arising from the actions of the Participants or for failures in networks or electronic communication technologies associated with the Promotion that prevent its normal operation for reasons beyond their control. 

 

11. Deposit of Legal Terms 

These Legal Terms will be deposited with Infopoint, where they will be available to all Participants and anyone interested in consulting them. They will also be published in https://ss-de-los-reyes.thestyleoutlets.es/en/giftmania for the entire duration of the Promotion. 

 

12. Modification of the Legal Terms 

The Organisers may make any modifications they deem appropriate to these Legal Terms at any time, including, but not limited to, the cancellation, repetition, extension, postponement or modification of the Promotion or the Legal Terms themselves. 

Such modifications will be communicated to the Participants through the same channels used to announce the Promotion. The Organizers will not be obliged to provide any additional compensation to the Participants. 

 

13. Data Protection 

The personal data of the Participants will be processed in accordance with Neinver's Privacy Policy, available on http://www.neinver.com/es/content/aviso-legal. 
SS de los Reyes The Style Outlets will not process the personal data of the Participants nor will they assume responsibility in this regard. 

 

14. Acceptance of Legal Terms 

Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Legal Terms. 

 

15. Jurisdiction and Governing Law 

Any dispute arising out of the Promotion or these Legal Terms will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and before the competent courts, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
