In any case, the user must go to the information point of the Center to add tickets, or request it through the Whatsapp channel, i.e. they cannot be made through the application, in the following cases: 
- When the value of the receipt exceeds the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED EUROS (800,00€), 
- When it is a third receipt from the same store made on the same day. The user may not add through the application more than two receipts for the same store and on the same day.  
Participants must keep the receipt(s) of purchase that may be required by the Center at any time, being obliged to send it within fifteen calendar days after it is required. If this is not done, the Center reserves the right to eliminate from the program the participant who has not accredited it, and may even block the virtual card. 
- Users who have problems crediting points in person or in the app should go to the information point of the Center or by contacting the infopoint staff through the whatsapp channel. 
- If a company only uses electronic tickwets, the user must go to the information point to have the points added manually within 30 days from the date of the purchase receipt or by contacting the infopoint staff through the whatsapp channel. 
- Points expire 12 months after receipt.
