The Role

We are looking for people passionate about denim fashion and customer service who want to join our team! We have a job opening at our G-Star Outlet in San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets.

What to Expect

As part of our G-Star team, you will represent our brand to our customers. This means reflecting the identity of G-Star and sharing your passion for our products.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of a team capable of creating unique, positive customer experiences that build long-term loyalty.
• Use your communication skills, kindness, and ability to identify customer needs to achieve strong sales results.
• Ensure the corner always looks its best and properly represents the brand.
• Provide expert advice with enthusiasm to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

What We Need

• Experience: Prior customer service experience. Experience in retail fashion—especially denim—is a strong plus.
• Customer Focus: Ability to provide a positive G-Star shopping experience.
• Attitude: A commercial, enthusiastic, and hard-working mindset.
• Teamwork: Strong team spirit.
• Skills: Solid communication skills, customer orientation, and proactiveness.
• Passion: High motivation for denim fashion and customer service, with the ability to inspire customers.
• Availability: Time availability and flexibility for rotating shifts (20 hours/week).
