What we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager to join our store management team. Your main goals as a Store Manager will be to enthusiastically convey the passion for the brand to the sales team and support day-to-day store operations, driving sales through product knowledge and team management. Our dream is for every customer to feel and share our brand identity, making them eager to return to our stores. We need you to make it happen!
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Team Management: Enthusiastically convey the passion for the brand to the sales team, fostering the internal development of the people working with you.
- Sales: Lead the achievement of commercial goals and KPIs, engaging the sales team through action plans while ensuring a meticulously maintained brand image throughout the entire sales process.
- Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and offering top-quality service.
Store Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventory, stock management, cash register operations, daily reporting, team scheduling, etc.

What you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail.
- Fluent English, B2 level (minimum).
- Team-building skills.
