How can I earn points on a purchase I have already made?
In any case, the user must go to the information point of the Center to add tickets, or request it through the Whatsapp channel, i.e. they cannot be made through the application, in the following cases: - When the value of the receipt exceeds the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED EUROS (800,00€), - When it is a third receipt from the same store made on the same day. The user may not add through the application more than two receipts for the same store and on the same day. Participants must keep the receipt(s) of purchase that may be required by the Center at any time, being obliged to send it within fifteen calendar days after it is required. If this is not done, the Center reserves the right to eliminate from the program the participant who has not accredited it, and may even block the virtual card. - Users who have problems crediting points in person or in the app should go to the information point of the Center or by contacting the infopoint staff through the whatsapp channel. - If a company only uses electronic tickwets, the user must go to the information point to have the points added manually within 30 days from the date of the purchase receipt or by contacting the infopoint staff through the whatsapp channel. - Points expire 12 months after receipt.

The shop will refund the amount charged to each of the cards individually

No problem! When the shop makes the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your card

All the shops that are identified in the shop window or at the point of collection.
¿Cómo puedo conseguir puntos de una compra ya realizada?
Si algo falló en tu compra por algún problema técnico o porque olvidaste escanear tu QR en tienda, puedes conseguir tus puntos por compras a través de la app.
Solo necesitas conservar tu ticket y acceder a la sección LIFEstylers > Mis tickets y pulsar sobre “AÑADIR NUEVO TICKET”, completa los datos requeridos y añade tu ticket manualmente. De esta forma tus puntos por compras no se perderán y podrás acumularlos. Sólo podrás añadir tickets durante los 15 días posteriores a la fecha de compra reflejada en el propio ticket. Pasados estos 15 días ya no podrás acumular tus puntos y te aparecerá un mensaje de error del tipo “ticket no encontrado”.
La opción de añadir tickets solo está disponible a través de la app no de la Web.
